Travelling photo exhibition

Travelling photo exhibition "The Power of Water" aims to promote industrial heritage and to stimulate interest in it among local community or other involved people, who can stabilize or even improve the standing of the industrial heritage.

This exhibition shows more than 50 Lithuanian water mills, which were photographed in 1965-1966 and 2002. Comparing those photos everyone can imagine development or decline of those water mills and even make presumptions about their future.

The exhibition already visited Department of Cultural Heritage Protection (Vilnius), Klaipeda's shipyard during Nordic-Baltic course "Changing Perspectives - Industrial Heritage and Urban Transformation" (Klaipeda) and Palace of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (Vilnius). Some other institutions still waiting for the exhibition.
